How to post a job request
Create an account, write the work you want, pick a district. Do not put Aadhaar, OTP, or a phone number in the post.
Before you write
Register with a name, email, and password. You do not upload a photo or a CV. The name you give is public on your post.
What to include
Say the kind of work (shop, hospital, factory, IT, BPO, or other), the district, and a little about your situation. Complete sentences help people reply. You can write in Tamil, English, or both.
What never to include
Do not share Aadhaar, bank details, OTP, passwords, or a personal phone number in the post or in a comment. Replies are public. If someone asks you to move to WhatsApp and pay a fee, stop.
After you post
Other signed-in people can comment. You can reply once under a comment. You can edit or delete your own post. Use Report if a comment asks for money or personal documents.
