Treat a fee, an OTP request, or a fake HR WhatsApp as a warning. This site never charges seekers.
Money is the first warning
A real employer does not ask you to pay to apply, to sit an interview, to get an offer letter, or to “process” a file. If a comment or a message asks for UPI, GPay, or a “registration fee”, it is not a job.
OTP and documents
Nobody from வேலைPechu will ask for an OTP. Do not send Aadhaar, PAN, or bank screenshots in a comment or on WhatsApp to “verify” a job. Staff only read the Write to us form on About.
Fake HR on chat apps
A stranger who moves you off this site, uses a free email, and promises Gulf or “direct joining” in a day is selling a story. Ask for a company career page you can open in a browser. If they refuse, leave.
What to do here
Use Report on the post or comment. Do not argue in public with a scammer. Keep your post about the work you want, not your ID numbers.
